1. Choose Healthy, Trustworthy Food

2. Eat at Regular Times

Tip: A 45-60 minute workout, a few times a week, is usually enough. Mix it up with cardio and weights for the best results.
10. Water really matters 
Water is essential for digestion, nutrient absorption, and energy. Staying hydrated boosts focus, supports metabolism, and keeps your body functioning at its best.
Tip : Carry a water bottle and sip throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
Good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated. By focusing on small, consistent habits like staying hydrated, balancing meals, and prioritizing whole foods, you can create a healthier, more energized lifestyle. Remember, it’s about progress, not perfection—start with one or two tips today, and build from there. Your body will thank you!
